Job Summary
Prolutech, a French leader in innovative lighting solutions for public works, industry, emergency services, and government agencies, is seeking an independent sales agent to expand its business in the German market.
Main Responsibilities
B2B prospecting with companies, local authorities, and institutions.
Recruitment of local resellers to expand market coverage.
Active monitoring of public and private tenders, with responses in collaboration with Prolutech.
Development of an existing client portfolio in Germany.
Exclusive representation in your geographic area (multiple German states) or industry sector.
Required Profile
Mandatory experience: Proven sales experience in one of the target sectors (public works, emergency services, industry, or government agencies).
Availability: Full-time (100%), with complete autonomy.
Status: Independent (self-employed, SASU, or equivalent German status).
Key Skills:
Mastery of B2B sales and negotiation techniques.
Ability to identify and convert resellers.
Knowledge of public tenders in Germany (major asset).
Languages: Fluent German required; French or English a plus.
Comfortable conducting product demonstrations.
Terms and Benefits
Compensation: 100% commission, with an attractive rate of 5% to 15% depending on the type of sale.
Support provided: Demonstration equipment, access to a SaaS CRM, product training, and initial guidance.
Exclusivity: You will be the sole Prolutech representative in your sector.
