Fiestas Guirca is a Spanish manufacturer and wholesale supplier specialized in costumes, party goods, Halloween products, carnival items, Christmas products, decorations, accessories and seasonal articles.
We are currently looking for experienced independent commercial agents, sales representatives or commercial partners to help us develop our business in Eastern Europe, South-Eastern Europe, the Balkans and the Baltic region.
The main territories of interest are:
Romania
Bulgaria
Greece
Slovenia
Croatia
Serbia
North Macedonia
Lithuania
Latvia
Estonia
Other neighbouring markets may also be considered
We are looking for agents who already have an active customer portfolio in one or more of the following channels: wholesalers, toy retailers, party goods shops, costume and carnival retailers, gift and decoration, retailers, discount chains, non-food retail chains, e-commerce companies, seasonal goods distributors, importers and distributors of toys, gifts, party supplies or decoration products.
The ideal candidate should already represent complementary product categories such as toys, gifts, party supplies, decoration, seasonal goods, Halloween products, carnival products or non-food retail products.
Candidate profile:
Independent commercial agent or sales representative
Existing customer portfolio in the target territory
Experience with B2B wholesale and retail channels
Good knowledge of the local market
Ability to open new customers and develop long-term sales
Fluent English required; local language is essential
Experience in toys, gifts, party goods, seasonal products, decoration or non-food retail will be highly valued
No direct conflict with competing costume or party goods brands
Collaboration model:
The collaboration would initially be based on an independent commercial agency model, preferably commission-based. We are open to discussing the territory, commission structure and commercial conditions with suitable candidates.
The first stage would be focused on market development, customer mapping, new account opening and sales growth in the assigned territory. Long-term cooperation and territorial exclusivity may be considered depending on performance and agreed sales targets.
