After our launch last year we are now looking for Sales Agents to sell our innovative and patented odorless toilet seat in West-Europe.

About us

Denck is a startup from Genk that, after 3 years of development, has launched an innovative and patented product in the sanitary sector. To support our growth, we are looking for Sales Agents.

The product

The product, named PURE-D, is a toilet seat that guarantees an odorless toilet experience by making use of an integrated and patented air extraction system. The PURE-D is easy to install and fits on the most common toilet bowls with a D-Shape and works without a direct electricity connection thanks to the internal and rechargeable Battery Pack.

With the PURE-D installed on your toilet, you get more discretion, more self-confidence and more comfort.

What do we expect from you?

You will actively prospect and engage with potential clients to introduce a new innovative product to the market. You will contribute to the strategy we apply for this and negotiate with prospects to close deals. You identify opportunities and are willing to explore the market in Germany or other Western European countries.

What will you do?

  • You will actively schedule appointments with potential customers from various target groups.
  • You will visit potential or existing customers and engage in conversations with the appropriate person (business owners, purchasers, facility managers, etc.).
  • You will closely follow up with prospects and keep all necessary information well-organized in the CRM system.
  • You will maintain regular contact with existing customers and discuss with them how they can better market our product.
  • You will actively provide input to colleagues to generate leads, improve the product, increase expertise, or seize new opportunities.

The focus will initially be on companies in the sanitary sector, hospitality industry, nursing homes, practices, and SMEs throughout Germany and West-Europe. You will work remotely and we will meet at the headquarters in Genk (BE) quarterly.

What do we expect from you?

  • Fluent in the countries native language (and English as main language to communicate between Agent and Denck)
  • A winner’s mentality, seeing goals as interesting challenges to achieve. You get energized each time you make progress.
  • Good listening skills and clear communication. You can also enthuse people about our solution, convincing them effectively.
  • Achieving tangible results and focusing on valuable tasks, mainly working independently and proactively.
  • Always seeking new opportunities, never fully satisfied with the status quo. Interested in new developments within or outside the company.
  • Viewing unexpected obstacles as opportunities to demonstrate your resourcefulness and persevering until you achieve your goals.
