Main tasks:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.</li
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients while maintaining and strengthening existing customer partnerships.
- Promote and sell a wide range of wood panel products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production, and finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s brand presence.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management, providing insights into market performance.
- Deep dive on market analyses and develop new opportunities with the team (new customers, new segments, SOW growth existing customers). Steer the sales team, ensure proper documentation of opportunities, to do’s, follow up’s & follow trough’s
- Ensure effective use of provided sales tools (Comex, CRM, SAP)
- Regular visits of top customers in the assigned region
