Region: Between Essen, Koblenz, Aachen, and Olpe (Your specific sales territory will be compact and close to your home base)

We are looking for independent sales partners who have no desire for experiments, but instead want to be successful with an established system.

This ensures you appear confident in front of the customer, provide competent advice, and close deals securely.
Technological Lead (EMS V2): We do not stand still. With our new EMS (Energy Management System), we give you a powerful tool that perfects sector coupling and convinces customers through intelligent control.
Your Tasks – Sales and Consulting:
You provide holistic advice to private and commercial customers regarding the energy transition.
Electricity: Consulting and sales of PV systems and storage systems.
Heat & Climate: Sales of heat pumps and air conditioning technology.
Mobility: Sales of charging infrastructure (Wallboxes & commercial solutions).
Focus on the essentials: Your job is selling and clean technical data recording. After signing the contract, you hand over the project to our back office and project team. We take care of the installation – keeping your mind free for the next customer.
What you bring to the table:
Sales DNA: You possess negotiation skills, closing strength, and a confident demeanor.
Experience: Several years of experience in field sales (B2C/B2B) is desirable. Industry knowledge is an advantage, but thanks to our training, not a must.
Mindset: You work independently, in a structured manner, and think entrepreneurially. You are not satisfied with superficial knowledge but are ready to learn new things and dive deep into the subject matter with our help.
Mobility: Driver’s license and residence within our operating area (Greater Essen – Koblenz – Aachen – Olpe).
